House Rules

1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE. Please smoke outdoors and discard butts in the garbage. $250 fine for breaking this rule.

2. NO PETS. We love our furry friends, but due to insurance restrictions, they are not allowed on the property.

3. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. Our home is quaint so we keep the limit to 6 guests.

4. QUIET TIME. 10pm-8am. We love our neighbors and want to keep them happy.

5. NO PARTIES. Just to be clear. But we hope you have a great time!

The space
Inside, the open-concept living space is cozy yet functional, with comfortable seating and a fully-equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals. Full bathroom and a spacious primary bedroom on the first floor with queen size bed. Up the stairs, you will find two full size beds nestled in a cozy bedroom with a large closet.

Outside, you'll find a spacious deck where you can relax and soak up the sun or enjoy a meal al fresco while taking in the tranquil setting. A private dock provides easy access to the lake, whether you're looking to swim, fish, or simply enjoy a paddle on the water.

Gather with friends and family around the fire pit located under twinkling outdoor string lights surrounded by comfortable seating. Perfect for enjoying the crisp evenings under a starry sky.

The picturesque setting and peaceful atmosphere make this the perfect spot to relax and unwind, whether you're looking to reconnect with loved ones or simply take some time for yourself.
Guest access
As our guest, you will be granted full access to the entire property, which includes both the house and the private dock. You are welcome to park your cars on the driveway and dock your boats at our dock. Additionally, swimming and fishing are permitted off the dock, and we have a dock ladder available to make getting out of the water easy and safe. Three kayaks are also available for guests to use. Please wear the provided life jackets while using kayaks.
Additional notes
Keep in mind before booking that High Rock Lake water levels tend to fluctuate in the off season, so it's possible the lake levels could restrict boat access to Lake it Easy Cottage at certain times of the year.

If you plan to use the grill, please bring your own charcoal.
